Vietnamese Spring Rolls (Cha Gio)
Cha Gio, a dish that you can find in most family in the weekend or festive season such at Tet festival. There are different varieties of Cha Gio. In the northern part, Cha Gio is normally made with minced pork, vermicelli, pepper, bean sprouts, and moc nhi~ (a type of crunchy mushroom) In the southern part (Saigon), there is more carrots, less of mushroom and it tends to be a little bit sweeter in taste. Our Cha Gio is Saigon Style.
